As of January 1, 2022, Linda Smith and Mary Beth Woll will become Co-Directors of The Widows Project.
We thank Rolland Wright, The Widows Project Founder, for six years of faithful leadership. His vision from the Lord and dedication to establishing this ministry has cleared the way for us to build on the solid foundation he laid.
Linda Smith comes to The Widows Project with many years of teaching experience and leadership skills. She has taught every age level and in both religious and secular settings. She has also led numerous support groups for widows since losing her husband Kirby eight years ago.
Mary Beth Woll brings 20 years of music ministry and 17 years of counseling experience as a therapist with Meier Clinics. She has also led support groups in professional, church, and online settings. She joined The Widows Project as a volunteer shortly after losing Bob, her husband of 39 years.
