Because He Lives! - Blog post

As we approach Easter, my thoughts turn to the eternal life that Jesus purchased for us through His death and resurrection. Often, as I join in congregational singing, I envision myself worshipping Jesus, now seated victoriously on His throne. And as they have already passed into eternity, I thrill that my husband Bob and other loved ones are also worshipping God around His throne at the very same moment!

Without Jesus’ resurrection, we would despair at the loss of loved ones. But because they died believing in Christ, we know that they are actually more alive now than ever! We don’t grieve as those who have no hope. We will see our loved ones, again!
